Acceptable Use Policy

Preface
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs access to and use of the services, software, platforms, APIs, and systems provided by Synetecs, Inc. ("Synetecs," "the Company," "we," "us," or "our").
By using the Services, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in suspension or termination of access, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
1. Prohibited Uses
You may not use Synetecs Services for any unlawful, harmful, abusive, or deceptive purpose.
1.1 Illegal Activities
You may not use the Services to:
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
- Facilitate or promote illegal activities, including fraud, money laundering, or terrorism
- Infringe intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or patents
- Violate privacy or data protection laws, including GDPR, CCPA, or HIPAA
1.2 Harmful or Illegal Content
You may not use the Services to generate, distribute, or enable:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content exploiting minors
- Content promoting violence, terrorism, or hate based on protected characteristics
- Malware, viruses, exploits, or other malicious code
- Spam, phishing, or other deceptive or fraudulent communications
- Deepfakes or synthetic media intended to mislead or deceive
1.3 Harmful Applications
The Services may not be used to develop or deploy systems that:
- Conduct surveillance or tracking without lawful basis or user consent
- Enable autonomous weapons or military targeting systems
- Perform discriminatory decision-making in areas such as hiring, lending, housing, or law enforcement
- Implement social scoring or mass surveillance systems
- Cause psychological manipulation or material harm to individuals or groups
1.4 Platform Abuse
You may not misuse or interfere with the integrity of the Services.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Services except as permitted by law
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, networks, or data
- Disrupt service availability through excessive load, abuse, or denial-of-service attacks
- Scrape, harvest, or collect data without authorization
- Share API keys, credentials, or access tokens with unauthorized parties
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Services without written authorization
1.5 Misrepresentation and Deception
You may not engage in deceptive or misleading practices, including:
- Impersonating individuals, organizations, or Synetecs
- Misrepresenting AI-generated content as exclusively human-created
- Generating fake reviews, testimonials, or artificial engagement
- Knowingly producing or amplifying false or misleading information
2. Responsible Use Guidelines
Synetecs encourages responsible, ethical use of artificial intelligence.
- Transparency: Disclose when content or decisions are AI-generated
- Human Oversight: Maintain human review for high-impact or high-risk decisions
- Bias Mitigation: Test for and address bias in AI-driven applications
- Privacy: Obtain appropriate consent before processing personal data
- Safety: Implement safeguards to prevent misuse or unintended harm
3. Enforcement
Violations of this AUP may result in enforcement actions at Synetecs' discretion, including:
- Warning: Notice for first-time or minor violations
- Suspension: Temporary suspension for repeated or serious violations
- Termination: Permanent termination for severe or egregious violations
- Legal Action: Referral to law enforcement or regulators where required
4. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of a violation of this AUP, you may report it to abuse@synetecs.io.
Synetecs investigates all reports and takes appropriate action in accordance with applicable law and internal procedures.
5. Changes to This Policy
Synetecs may update this AUP from time to time to address new risks, regulatory requirements, or operational changes. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
